In a 2006 study of German women, drinking high-flavanol cocoa each day for 12 weeks helped protect the skin from UV (ultraviolet) damage, improved blood circulation to the skin, and reduced skin roughness and dryness. A more recent study by the same researchers found that a single "dose" of a similar beverage also improved blood flow to the skin.

what is in my mind
what a person can do is to wait is for the right one or
you can try finding the right person but they is no
100% that is the right as it takes time.
when every people want thing, things id not there
or is not the right time so can i ask you people
what is the right time? You people all the time
like to call people to wait wait wait wait but
are you sure you will turn back and look
don make a person wait for anything.
try putting yourself in my shoes ok the feel of it.
i don think this is the feeling that anybody one
right,
Why i said so is because most of the time
you people said wait busy stress not the right time
but i got to said one thing are you sure are you
going to look back when u ask me to wait when
you are stress busy i wait i am find but please don
make me a fool to wait for nth lo.this is what i
feel but people who read don take it so hard ok
i will make the change as i think i must accept it
as i think it is a part and parcel of my life so i will
stay HAPPY for my own and someone special. ;)

where should i start hmm.....
wake up early and did a morning call....
then when to school lol ....
when i was at the bus stop saw a person with a very small head
which give me a great shock lol that i cannot even belive it at all lol
then reach school aready is like normal lol
haha now i think i am think too much aready as i think
i should stop think so much
why must i be sad when they are happy right.
haha so i must be more happy then they are lol
how also still thinking if i should go training later or not lol
i am so bored lol i like super no life how a day lol
i am just like try to take my IG to take over my bored
but it also cannot be long right? as it will also end
after a few hours lol haha so i must think of another
way lol so anyone want to help me out haha....

hehe... first is happy that i have went training on both days.
also have learn a new lol now i have one more skill then
the most of the others in the team lol haha don tell you
what is the skill lol haha. also have become more and more tan lol
after two training straight in the row lol. also don like some people
lol but not going to said who lah but i still can talk and laugh together
lah haha so after training when home and shower then bored

Ytd when to out and have a chat with a friends of my.
i think i must really make things clear ifi meet you

Weekend Out

What a busy weekend lol ok.
when wet training at LSR at 8.45am till 1 plus 2
then when back home to take a bath and with a passport.
when out to IKEA to wait for bus a people so when IKEA
to eat meat ball lol. then at about 5pm reach checkpoint.
so when in to Malaysia JB and is my first time walking
thought the new custom lol and is like ..... lol.
but from there we can reach City Square straight lol.
When reach there when to action city and bought a mini pooh.
and also bought a pair of shoe everlast lol and is at 99.90RM lol haha
as the exchange rate is good 2.42 lol haha. also when to a book shop to
brought a home design book. after when for a dinner there which cost 9.90 RM lol
and is super big plate lol and after that when for a movie Which is
Harry Potter lol and is sux lol like not so interesting lol will wait for the last one
hope it will be better lol. show end at about 11.45Pm then drive and when to eat and
stay over haha. so the next morning when to Jusco at Bukit Indah to walk for a few hour
and when to Jusco at Tebrua City lol haha also shopping lol haha then when to eat lol i also don
know where then back to Singapore lol haha.
what about my mood there a little messy lol as i cannot stop think about all my friends
in Singapore but i also cannot contact them as i don't have roaming as i am also worry
for them.so when i am too free i will think so much i later will ask someone for help
to look for someone as i cannot contact at all and i also don know why.
So reach Singapore before i take the bus to Singapore my friend call me and
complian about his parents bring him to see a doctor but i can tell u is for your
our good ok so when i was about to reach home someone sms me about there problem
and i call him to chat it out lol then i shower and when to bed lol as i was moody and tired lol

After a long time

Have not been posting for quite a long time since the H1N1 flu is in Singapore.
have been going through too many problem lately and i don think i have found the
right person to share with yet. The best i can do is to keep all of the important parts to
myself and only tell some of the points only to my friends as i also don know if they are the
right person to tell my problem to or not so i have been very very moody in class to lately too.
as the IG in the sch have stop about more that 2 weeks plus already and i have just know that
the IG is resume tomorrow as i don think i will be going still as i have a lots of problem in me which
i have not solve yet. Lately have when to my IG BBQ and i also have help out with the transport and many more
as i think i am just trying to keep myself busy so for that BBQ i have not sleep for 24 hour.
but after i reach home i have blow up and start typing message to all the people that i want to scold
but i am still not happy as thing is still not solve yet have i really wish i can find the right person soon.
i also will i can find my special one so i can share some of my problem as i don think i can keep long anymore.
as i think i will blow up i am try to be happy for this few day i can said is quite ok but i want my life as before happy forever.

Have been sch for about 1 month areadly and is quite use to the system aready.
also have been in my IG DB for 2 weeks when all the training and is still on the way to pick up.
and have club twice this month lol haha one is ok one is not really haha.

have not been blogging for quite a long time haha as i am in rp now studying Supply Chain Management.
this is the third week of class aready coming to one month still have fun in the class.
and also have join rpdb still under trail but i think i sure can make it trough lol haha
training is fun and tough haha so for now need to train hard lol.
last sat when out with a group of my friends and they bring me to club lol
sound stupid right as it is my first time there haha but overall it was fun and wish to go again haha.

have not been blogging for so long aready haha
recently just brought a SLR camera to play with
and have been going to the pool to swim and tan
but very weak in swimming lol haha need to learn
how to swim better lol
and i am happy that i get into rp ya i final made it in
happy about it lol also when in to malaysia to drive
haha it was fun and scary lol
and just work at the it show for four days and was happy
with the sales hope that it will be better the next show.
and make a few new friends there haha bought some
stuff there also lol worst my spectacle also spoil on the 3 days lol
haha luck can get a pair of lens at the spectacle shop there haha

oops have not blog for quite a long time aready
since i am now working part time at a pet shop
it was fun and i hope to learn more thing from them
what about this year as it as aready past the 1st month
have been quite lazy never do sport for quite a long time
so now i think i must start it back and not to be lazy
CNY was great as i think i have a good luck this year haha
and i also pass my driving last dec and have been driving here and there
recent jus went to the marina barrage for a walk and took some pic

Saw my result for the test on Wednesday and did not do well hope i can do better again i will try harder
When riding around pasir ris park with my cousin and uncle and back to his home.
Then my stupid brother call on the way back to my uncle house tell that he burst
the water pipe ask him what he break also don know stupid him luck it was solve.
Then now watch a DVD like in cinema don even care about the people around him

Have drive lesson to day quite fun but did somethings that i should not do at
all lol luck the instructor never scold lol heng. than after then rush to school to take
test luck was not too late don know if i can pass will or not lol
Too bus to sch as usual and meet someone in the bus who really stinks
lol no that i want to said but my friend, a passenger and mereally cannot take

Trip To Kukup in Malaysia

When to Malaysia about 7 am in a mini van with my family and cousin to celebrate
my grandfather birthday. We stop half way to eat our breakfast then we move off to
the place we stay name KUKUP is a nice place just a little dirty and learn than many
people love to fish there. What is different i think is only the toilet system lol. when to
take a boat when to a park walk walk then back take a rest. we have BBQ for dinner
and after than we put some firework to celebrate my grandfather birthday and is my
first time putting firework and i enjoy it. The next day we when to JUSGO to shop
bought a few pieces of clothes before coming back to Singapore.
Quite a enjoyable trip wish to go again

had phase test in the morning in school is quite ok think will pass (don dare to put sure pass lol) haha

today had a great evening when for a ride at Pasir Ris Park for about an hour and
it start to drizzle but did not go home when on to fish farm for window shopping lol
see dogs and fishes haha bought some fishes which cost $3 and a plant at $1 quite
